As a Public Speech Video Evaluator at Aeloria Leadership Academy, you will work online to review student video submissions and provide structured, motivational, and practical video feedback.

💰 Compensation: You will be paid $1 per evaluation, with the opportunity to review thousands of videos. On average, evaluators complete 15–20 evaluations per hour, earning $15–20 per hour from the comfort of home.

 
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Watch and evaluate student speeches (≤3 minutes each) with close attention to detail.
Record 1-minute video feedback that is motivating, clear, and constructive.
Score students on clarity, confidence, structure, body language, voice projection, and overall delivery (1–10 scale).
Highlight specific strengths (e.g., voice control, use of examples) and areas for improvement (e.g., pacing, eye contact).
Submit evaluations on time while maintaining high quality.
